Can I go to the museum with the M-App / Does the M-App replace my physical pass, the Museums-PASS-Musées card?

No, unfortunately this is not yet possible.

  • If you lose your pass, you will be sent a new one free of charge.
  • Check the expiry date of your passport
  • Automatically be notified when your pass expires. So you don't miss the 13th month when you renew.
What are the benefits of the customer account in the M-App?

I can't log in, what should I do?

Your login data consists of a user name, which is not necessarily your e-mail address, and a password. If you can't remember this, you can request a new password via the "Forgotten password" option.

Calendar function

If you use the calendar integrated in your smartphone, you can enter a museum / exhibition / event directly into this calendar.

Why does the calendar always show me today's date when I want to save something?

If it's an event, it's timed to the day of the event. If it is a series of events, it is scheduled for the first day of the series. You can of course adjust the date in the same way as for museums and exhibitions.

I filtered by category, why does it still show me museums with other icons on the map?

Some museums have 2 icons, for example "Art" and "History and Tradition". If you have filtered by "History and Tradition", you may still see a few museums on the map that are shown with the "Art" icon [...]
