In this lecture, wildlife photographer and filmmaker Roman Willi presents his most impressive photographs of recent years. The journey takes him from Switzerland to the tropical rainforest and shows the whole range of wildlife - from tiny insects to majestic large animals. Special emphasis is placed on animals that are often overlooked, such as insects and spiders.

The lecture program of the Natural History Society in Basel (NGiB) conveys scientific research in all its disciplines. Find out more about the passions of amateur naturalists and well-known celebrities.

The lecture series takes place once a month during the university semester.
