Territoires mouvants highlights the works of the 6 winners of the 12th Talents Contemporains competition. Through a variety of media, the creations explore issues linked to immigration, geopolitical identity, and environmental and social crises. Aurélien Mauplot, with his work Les Possessions, questions the notion of territory, using maps of countries and islands printed on the pages of Around the World in 80 Days to represent an unstable geography. Bilal Hamdad's Untitled reinterprets Millais' painting Ophelia to highlight the dangers faced by migrants. Manon Lanjouère's installation, Les particules, deals with marine pollution through cyanotypes of endangered marine species. Ugo Schiavi presents Léviathan, a fountain-sculpture made from recycled materials to address current ecological crises. Noemi Sjoberg's video One euro to jump now shows the harmful effects of mass tourism, while Ulysse Bordarias depicts a tumultuous landscape in Il pleuvait sur l'agora.
