The Stadtmuseum Baden-Baden is dedicating a cabinet exhibition to the sketchbook to mark the Graphic Arts Weekend, which will be celebrated by museums in Germany, Austria and Switzerland on November 9 and 10, 2024. For trained artists and amateurs alike, it was and is a faithful companion when traveling or hiking to record impressions directly. The Baden-Baden City History Collection holds numerous sketchbooks from the 19th and early 20th centuries, a selection of which will be on display.
