Solo Position is a biennial competition format that is aimed at artists from the region and gives them their first institutional solo exhibition. On the initiative of the Office for Culture of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft, the competition was announced publicly for the eighth time in spring 2023. The members of the jury were the Art Commission of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft and the management of Kunsthaus Baselland.
