Lecture series
A series of conferences entitled "Literature to awaken the world" will address literature as a way of being in the world, i.e., of actively participating in it. An attempt to consider writing as a vehicle for ideas, as a tool for influence, as a means of action. Drawing on his personal journey and the authors who have inspired him, Jean D'Amérique will present a Literature to awaken the world in several parts. The first, "Littérature : un acte de naissance" (Literature: an act of birth), is an exploration of literature as what has enabled it to exist in society, by giving it a voice.
