Together with the Krippenfreunde Offenburg, the
Museum im Ritterhaus invites you to a large nativity scene exhibition
exhibition. The occasion is the acquisition of the crib collection of Karl Otto
Schimpf (KOSO) last year. Schimpf provided important impetus
for the development of nativity scene construction and introduced artistically
and introduced artistically staged box or stage nativity scenes to the Ortenau region.
He remains a role model for the Offenburg nativity scene enthusiasts to this day.
A total of around 40 nativity scenes will be on display. In addition to the freshly
