The Baden Museum of Bakery was opened in 1978 in the former communal baking house. It exhibits the almost forgotten mechanical equipment of the “white guild”, such as a dough breaker, dough or noodle cutters, flour sacks, baking baskets or cake tins. The nearby Erste Deutsche Zuckerbäckermuseum (First German Museum of Confectioners) displays large transmission-powered machines that processed sugar. The highlight is the unique collection of historical confectionary forms by Alexander Pauls.
