October 30, 2024 - Animated stained-glass puppet show.
La Veuve et le Chevalier show.

As part of Eveil des sens, La Grande Place, musée Saint-Louis, invites you to discover Mylène Billand, master stained-glass artist and lover of medieval literature.
Mylène Billand combines her two passions in La Veuve et le Chevalier, a puppet show in animated stained glass. Behind a metal castelet that unfolds in several shutters, she tells an improbable love story between a doomed knight and a grieving widow. The light brings to life a superimposition of exquisitely crafted stained-glass windows. The text, sung in its original version, is that of Marie de France, the first female writer in the "French language".

Wednesday, October 30 at 2, 3 and 4pm - Duration: 30 min.
Reservations recommended - Free show.

Admission to the museum will be exceptionally free for disabled visitors in October, on presentation of proof.
